Cool Cat

Cool Cat is a Brazil Natural Catuai from Carmo da Cachoeira, grown at 900 to 1100 meters. Sprout Coffee Roasters roasts this coffee for an accessible espresso with low acidity. Expect milk chocolate, hazelnut, and a soft touch of strawberry. The body is full, and the aftertaste is sweet and clean. This profile works beautifully black and holds its own in milk-based drinks.
