NL Orange Split
Orange Split from Sprout Coffee Roasters is a filter coffee from Huila Colombia. The Pink Bourbon Plus comes from Zarza Coffee, high in the Andes. The double fermentation process with thermal shock creates layered, clean flavors. Expect a creamy texture with citrus and ripe peach. The cup remains bright and playful.
- Origin: Bruselas Huila Colombia, 1750 to 1800 meters.
- Variety: Pink Bourbon Plus.
- Process: double fermentation thermal shock washed.
- Flavor: blood orange, peach, vanilla, and white flowers.
- V60: 17 grams of coffee to 255 grams of water, brew time 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
- Tip: the filter roast is highly soluble; an expressive espresso is possible.
