NL Piña Colada
Sprout Piña Colada is a bold Caturra from Finca Milán in Quindío. Thanks to the Maypop co-infused processing, a vibrant cup emerges with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, coconut, and nutmeg. At the same time, the roast remains clear and precise, allowing the fruit, body, and spice to come together beautifully. For filter, Sprout recommends 17 grams of coffee to 255 grams of water, at 93 degrees. Pour in three stages of 50, 100, and 105 grams. Aim for 2:00 to 2:30 in a flat-bottom dripper and 2:30 to 3:00 in a V60 or Origami.
