This Tropical Hills from Sprout Coffee Roasters comes from Nyamasheke in Rwanda and is a Bourbon variety. The cherries undergo 60 hours of anaerobic fermentation, resulting in clean, distinct aromas. In the cup, you’ll taste yuzu, raspberry candy, and a creamy lactic body, with a vibrant citrus note that remains balanced. The omni-profile works clearly as a filter coffee and full as an espresso, allowing every brewing method to showcase its character.
