Renegade

Renegade is an espresso blend sourced from Brazil and Guatemala. It features a medium-dark roast profile and is roasted fresh every week by The Village Coffee. Expect a creamy, chocolatey body with soft fruity notes of grape and stone fruit—sweet and vibrant, especially when paired with milk. The blend combines pulped natural and washed processes to achieve a perfect balance between sweetness and clarity. Brewing advice: use 21–22g of coffee to yield 50g of espresso in 30–35 seconds at 94°C; allow the beans to rest for five days after roasting. Available as whole bean or ground, in various sizes at an accessible price.
