This seasonal single origin hails from Mota Bandeira in Timor Leste. The coffee grows under shade, without chemical fertilizers, at altitudes between 1400 and 1800 meters. Cherries are sent to the Raimutin and Malabe washing stations for strict selection. The fully washed process and slow drying result in a clean cup with a pastry-like sweetness. Expect warm tones of apple pie, amaretto, and a hint of cocoa. The acidity is soft and apple-like, while the body is full and syrupy. Wakuli roasts this for modern espresso, focusing on sweetness and balance. Ideal for espresso and milk-based drinks.
