Coffee from El Cajón in Costa Rica, processed by Gabriel Espinoza. This Light Roast is light brown and dry, preserving its terroir and vibrant acidity. The natural processing enhances the fruity sweetness and complex aromas. The Caturra variety delivers delicate flavors with notes of honey, light citrus, red fruit, and caramel. ZwarteKoffie operates via direct trade and roasts in small batches weekly. Packaging is fully recyclable and clearly displays the roast date. A specialty score of 85.5 confirms its high quality. Recommended for filter and pour-over with a medium-fine grind; currently in stock and available in flexible quantities of 500 grams or more.
