NL Los Amigos
Los Amigos by Bocca is a washed coffee from El Salvador, curated by CaféNor in Alotepec Metapán. Expect bright fruit with cherry and red apple, as well as cocoa notes and cane sugar sweetness. The body is round and smooth, and the aftertaste remains clean and sweet. Due to the balanced roast profile, this bean works excellently as both filter and espresso.
- Espresso 19 g coffee to 40 ml water at 93 °C, extraction 25 s.
- Filter 15 g coffee to 250 g water at 96 °C, 2.5 min total. Rinse paper. Pour 150 g in 60 s in circles, wait 30 s, add 50 g, finish at 2:00 with the final 50 g.
