The bean is light-roasted and processed as an extended fermentation natural, resulting in a creamy body and bright sweetness. Expect notes of milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut, and a hint of honey, with mild apple-like acidity and a long, clean finish. This profile works purely as an espresso and remains silky smooth when paired with milk.
