The blend hails from Brazil, Costa Rica, Guatemala, and India, combining nutty depth with ripe fruit and moderate acidity. Expect notes of almond, hazelnut, grape, and dried apricot, with a creamy body and a soft, velvety finish. This style provides great control on the espresso machine and holds its own in milk-based drinks, even at home.

- Single: 8 to 9 grams, 25 to 30 seconds, 30 milliliters.
