Bolivia Amboro

Bolivia Amboro from Brute Bonen comes from the mosaic landscape surrounding Amboro National Park. Agroforestry and shade provide a slow ripening process and a clear sweetness.

The bean is washed and roasted in Den Haag to a medium to medium-plus level. Expect cocoa and caramel with a lift of lime zest and a long, clean finish.

• Start with a balanced flow rate; grind slightly coarser for more brightness.
