The cherries are processed using the washed method and decaffeinated locally using the sugarcane E.A. process, keeping the profile bright and sweet. Expect milk chocolate and caramel, complemented by marzipan, blueberry, and occasionally cherry. The body is creamy, the acidity is medium, and the finish is long and clean. This roast is reliably versatile for both espresso and filter.
