The exact composition remains a secret, but the coffee combines 100 percent Arabica from Central America with Brasil for balance, mild acidity, and a calm finish. This makes the blend a great fit for those who appreciate comfort and nuance, without sharp or bitter edges. De Pelikaan roasts the components neutrally and blends them only after roasting for extra balance. According to the roaster, this coffee is best enjoyed as filter coffee. Grinds are also available for cafetière and Aeropress.
