Zeeuwse Melange

De Zeeuwse Melange from De Zeeuwse Sommelier doesn’s not opt for an origin story, but rather for a distinct style. This dark blend of Arabica and Robusta tastes spicy, full, and powerful, with suspected notes of cocoa, nuts, and spice. As a result, it is well-suited for daily coffee and holds its own beautifully in milk-based drinks. The roaster doesn’t provide exact brewing recipes, but offers beans and grinds for espresso, drip filter, pour-over, cafetiere, moka, and Turkish coffee.
