Colombia El Renacer

Evermore Colombia El Renacer is a striking specialty coffee from Chinchiná in Caldas. This Red Bourbon grows at high altitudes, which results in enhanced sweetness and complexity. This is followed by a 72-hour anaerobic co-fermentation with mango, lactobacillus, and saccharomyces, resulting in an expressive yet balanced cup. Expect notes of mango, creamy cashew, and a crisp currant finish. Moreover, the coffee remains bright and juicy without becoming heavy. Behind this release are Elmer Restrepo and his son Juan Felipe, who blend origin, craftsmanship, and innovation into one distinct lot.
