76 Sumatra Gayo Mountain

This Sumatra 76 from the Gayo highlands in Aceh comes dark from the roaster of Frans de Grebber. The beans grow at 1,200 to 1,700 meters on fertile volcanic soils. The traditional Giling Basah processing results in low acidity and a syrupy body. Consequently, the profile remains full and round, with a calm, balanced tone.
