Colombia San Isidro from Frans de Grebber comes from Finca San Isidro in Huila, where the Perdomo Rojas family has grown coffee for generations. This omni roast combines honey process and anaerobic fermentation with notes of chocolate, almond, caramel, and yellow fruit. This creates a soft, creamy cup with fresh citrus in the finish. The bean scores 86 SCA points and is well-suited for both espresso and filter, as the roast is intended for all brewing methods.
