Torra

Torra from Giraffe Coffee Roasters is a washed community lot from Colombia with a bright and layered profile. The coffee combines chocolate, almond, and cherry with fresh citrus and notes of stone fruit. This makes it taste accessible, yet it remains vibrant and elegant in the cup. Furthermore, the light roast leaves plenty of room for sweetness, structure, and a clean finish. Torra is available for both espresso and filter. For espresso, the roaster recommends 19 grams in, 42 grams out, in 26 to 30 seconds.
