Fazenda das Almas from Independent Coffee Roasters demonstrates just how exciting Brazilian coffee can be. This Yellow Icatu from Sul de Minas underwent an anaerobic fermentation of approximately 69 hours. This creates a rich profile with tropical fruit, blueberry, fig, and sweet notes of date. Furthermore, the careful selection of ripe cherries ensures extra clarity and balance in the cup. The coffee is available as both a filter roast and an espresso roast, allowing the same lot to be tasted in two different styles.
