Jukia Park

Jukia Park is a single origin coffee from Uganda, produced by Lucy Agenpanga in collaboration with smallholder farmers around Zombo. The beans undergo a 48-hour anaerobic natural fermentation, which enhances their fruity complexity and sweetness. This light roast, roasted on an energy-efficient Loring in Utrecht by Keen Coffee, reveals notes of brown sugar, dark chocolate, and black cherry. The profile is smooth and balanced, making it an ideal daily cup that performs excellently as an espresso or through filter methods like V60 or Aeropress. Transparent direct trade and full traceability make this an ethical choice, providing tangible benefits for producers and their communities.
