Keen Coffee presents Danche, a single origin from Chelbesa in Gedeb, Southern Ethiopia. The altitude and shade ensure slow ripening and a pronounced aroma. After hand-picking, a float test is performed, followed by approximately 72 hours of underwater fermentation. The cherries are then dried on raised beds for a clean, vibrant cup. The roast remains light to preserve the fruitiness and sweetness.
