Rushashi from Keppler Koffie comes from the north of Rwanda and showcases a fresh, modern single origin. Due to the natural processing, the coffee gains more ripe fruit, round sweetness, and a clear mouthfeel. In the cup, you taste notes of gooseberry, rhubarb, and grapefruit, with a lively acidity and a clean finish. Furthermore, Keppler roasts this bean separately for filter and espresso. The filter version emphasizes fruit, freshness, and length. The espresso shows more compactness, spiciness, and juicy intensity.
