Adam is an Ethiopian single origin from Gesha Village, specifically from block Shaya. This natural Gesha grows high in West Omo, delivering a refined cup with cherry, forest fruits, citrus, and floral notes. This gives the coffee a soft, velvety feel, with ripe acidity and a long, sweet finish. Furthermore, this release perfectly demonstrates how terroir and processing converge. While no official brew recipe is provided, Adam is available for both filter and espresso. This makes this harvest-specific microlot particularly interesting for lovers of complex and elegant coffee.
