Windkracht Acht is the house blend from Koffiebranderij De Ouwe Smidte on Terschelling. This espresso blend combines Arabica for sweetness with Robusta for body and crema. The roast profile aims for medium-to-dark, ensuring the bitterness remains rounded and the sugars caramelize. In the cup, you taste cocoa and nut, with low acidity and a long, creamy finish. The blend performs consistently, both as a pure espresso and excellently in milk drinks.
