Fazenda Santa Cruz is located in Caconde, São Paulo, where coffee has been cultivated since the 1950s. Spanning 960 hectares—including a 180-hectare nature reserve—Arabica varieties such as Mundo Novo, Arara, Catuai, Catucai, Paraiso, and Bourbon thrive at altitudes of 1,000 to 1,200 meters. The beans are processed using natural and pulped natural methods, resulting in honey-like sweetness, low acidity, and a full body. The flavor profile is dominated by almond, milk chocolate, and caramel, accented by subtle floral and light citrus notes. This coffee is perfect for espresso, cappuccino, and automatic machines; brew it at approximately 92 to 94 degrees Celsius, starting with a ratio of 1:15 to 1:17. Available in sizes from 250 grams to 1 kilogram, as whole beans or ground.
