The Brazilië from Op Kop Koffiebranders is an accessible single origin with great balance and a soft, sweet style. This Yellow Bourbon from the Santos region offers notes of chocolate, hazelnut, brown sugar, and a light touch of fruit.
Thanks to the pulped natural processing, the coffee gains extra body and a mild freshness. This makes it highly effective as a daily filter coffee and as a smooth espresso. For V60, the roaster recommends 18 grams to 300 grams of water at 94 degrees. For espresso, the recipe is 19 grams in and 38 grams out in 25 to 28 seconds.
