Sumatra Gayo

Sumatra Gayo from Roemar is an organic arabica from the Gayo Mountains in Aceh. This coffee comes from a farmers’ cooperative and carries the classic Sumatra style. As a result, you taste plenty of chocolate, an earthy base, full body, and low acidity. Furthermore, the presumed wet hulling process complements this deep profile well. Roemar roasts fresh to order and offers the coffee as whole beans, espresso grind, or filter grind. While an exact recipe for espresso or V60 is missing, the roaster describes this Gayo as versatile. This makes it a strong choice for lovers of powerful, accessible specialty coffee.
