Klassik Ken from Sprout Coffee Roasters shows why washed Kenya is so beloved. This single origin from Kirinyaga combines sweet tomato, black tea, lemon marmalade, and a fresh, controlled acidity. This creates a cup that opens tight, then becomes rounder and ends clean. The lot comes from Thunguri Factory, where SL28 and SL34 grow at high altitudes in red volcanic soils. The brewing advice is also remarkably precise.
