Sandia Sunrise from Sprout is a striking filter coffee from Huila in Colombia. This Typica Mejorado comes from El Diviso and undergoes a natural process with double anaerobic fermentation. This creates a juicy profile with creamy watermelon, sour cherry candies, and a fresh, citrusy finish. The light roast keeps the cup clear and vibrant, allowing the origin and fruit to shine through. For filter, Sprout recommends a V60 with 17 grams of coffee to 255 grams of water and a brew time of 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes. This allows the expression of this bean to be fully realized.
