Sum Yum Plum is een natural espresso uit Matazano, La Paz, gebrand door Sprout Coffee Roasters. Verwacht rijp steenfruit met pruim, hazelnoot en karamel, een volle body en sappige, medium aciditeit. Het profiel is ontwikkeld voor zoetheid en textuur in melk en in straight shots. Dankzij hoogte en droog klimaat proef je lagen zoetheid en een stroperige afdronk.
