This light roast combines SL28, K7, and Ruiru 11 with an anaerobic washed process that remains clear and precise. In the cup, you taste citrus, red berries, and blackberry, followed by a tea-like, slightly smoky finish. This makes this Kenya feel simultaneously exciting and clean. Furthermore, this release has an SCA score of 86 points. Stean’s Beans does not share a fixed recipe for V60 or espresso, but the roast clearly targets detail, sweetness, and a clean cup.
