Red Horizon from Coffee Goddess is a balanced blend for filter and espresso. Sweetness, milk chocolate, and ripe fruit blend seamlessly and linger on the palate.
- Origin Brazil, Peru, Vietnam. Processing natural and washed. Medium roast.
- Espresso 19 g in, 38 g out in approximately 29 seconds at 93 C.
- French Press 35 g to 500 g water, 5 minutes, medium-coarse grind.
- Moka pot ratio approximately 1 to 8, fill up to the valve.
Expect nutty tones, tropical fruit, light caramel, and a round body. The finish is smooth and slightly sweet.
