In the cup, you’ll taste blackberry, raisin, and dark chocolate, with a full body and a long, warm finish. Thanks to the sugar cane decaf process, the structure remains clean and sweet. Van Hoop recommends 16 grams for 240 milliliters for filter. For espresso, 18 grams in, 38 grams out, in 27 seconds works exceptionally well.
