Winter Coffee

Winterkoffie from De Pelikaan is a seasonal blend of Arabica from Indonesia and Central America. The coffee combines a lightly smoky character with notes of almond and a round, warm body, making it a great fit for cold days and daily use. The roaster roasts the components separately and opts for a neutral profile with a slow roast. This keeps the blend smooth and balanced. De Pelikaan offers plenty of flexibility for brewing: this coffee is available as beans or ground for espresso, filter, Aeropress, Chemex, cafetière, and automatic machines.
