Brazil from Dolce Alchemia is an accessible specialty coffee from Minas Gerais. Expect notes of chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts, carried by a soft body and mild acidity. The Brazilian pulped natural style preserves extra sweetness and gives the coffee a round, mellow finish. As a result, this bean works beautifully as a daily espresso, but also as filter coffee. The roaster lists it as suitable for both espresso and filter. It is precisely this balance between comfort, sweetness, and versatility that makes this release so attractive.
