The omni roast is versatile, but according to the roaster, it performs particularly well as a filter coffee. With an SCA score of 86 points, this coffee sits firmly in the specialty segment. Moreover, the direct collaboration with the Ramírez Navarro family adds extra depth to the story behind the bean.
