Sulawesi Kalossi by Frans de Grebber hails from the highlands of Toraja and Enrekang on Sulawesi. This coffee is processed using the Indonesian giling basah method, which ensures plenty of body and soft acidity. In the cup, you’ll taste warm spices, chocolate, and a round, long finish. As a result, this coffee feels calm, deep, and accessible. The medium-dark roast emphasizes balance, spiciness, and comfort. There is no specific brewing advice from the roaster, but the bean is available for espresso, moka pot, drip filter, Chemex, and French press.
