Mexico Bloom is an accessible single origin from Mexico, roasted by Ief en Ido in Den Haag. The beans come from Chiapas, Veracruz, and Puebla and are predominantly washed. Expect milk chocolate, hazelnut, and soft stone fruit, with a round mouthfeel and a clean finish. The roast focuses on balance, sweetness, and a creamy espresso.
