Setamo

Keen Setamo is a light, washed coffee from Bensa in Sidama, Ethiopia. The bean is sourced from smallholder farmers around the Bensa Setamo Washing Station at high altitude.

This results in a clear and refined cup with notes of Darjeeling, apricot, and mandarin. Furthermore, the washed process and light roast provide great precision, floral freshness, and a silky mouthfeel.
