Graciano

Kees en Graciano is a striking Catuaí from Los Lajones in Boquete, Panama. This natural coffee grows at approximately 1,800 meters and combines tropical fruit with a fresh sweetness and a juicy mouthfeel. Moreover, this lot demonstrates how much tension and precision a high-altitude Catuaí can offer. The processing remains clean and clear, despite the pronounced fruity character. For filter, the roaster describes the coffee as very sweet and fresh. For espresso, more funky tropical fruit comes to the fore. An exact brewing recipe is missing, but the coffee is intentionally roasted for both filter and espresso.
