Sironko

Sironko from Shokunin Coffee is a distinct single origin from Mount Elgon in Uganda. This natural, featuring experimental barrel fermentation, combines a round body with vibrant freshness. As a result, you taste lime and raspberry, followed by cola, earl grey, and a dark, almost chocolatey depth. Moreover, this coffee demonstrates how terroir and controlled fermentation together add extra tension. The bean blends SL14, SL28, and Catimor, providing both structure and character.
