Mbili comes from the Kivu Belt in Rwanda and is washed processed at Liza Coffee Washing Station at 1600 meters. The medium roast delivers a powerful yet balanced cup with notes of chocolate, dried fruit and honey, finished with a nutty cocoa accent. The washed method provides clarity and a lively acidity, while small batches ensure consistent quality. With a cupping score of 86 and direct trade with smallholder farmers, this is a sustainable choice. Suitable for filter, espresso and cafetiere, and available as whole bean or ground.
