Blue Heaven

Blue Heaven by Coffee Goddess is an accessible specialty decaf from Brazil. This light roast allows milk chocolate, nut, and citrus to come together beautifully, resulting in a cup that remains soft, fresh, and remarkably balanced. The coffee consists of Arabica varieties such as Bourbon, Catuai, and Mundo Novo. Furthermore, the DCM decaf method ensures that much of the flavor is preserved. This profile is therefore an excellent fit for filter coffee and mild espresso. For espresso, the roaster recommends 19 grams of coffee, a 38 gram yield, approximately 29 seconds, and 93 degrees. This creates a mellow coffee for those moments when flavor matters, but caffeine is no longer needed.
