Hummingbird Ethiopian Natural Fair Trade Organic is a single origin from Ethiopia with a light to medium roast and a clear preference for filter. Due to the natural processing, the coffee gains a juicy sweetness and a vibrant, fruity cup. Expect notes of fresh lime, honeydew melon, and stone fruit, with a fresh but soft acidity. This allows the coffee to remain expressive without becoming heavy. According to the roaster, this bean works in all brewing methods, but it is best enjoyed as filter coffee.
