Sodade van Brandmeesters is a comforting espresso blend from Brazil, Colombia, Honduras, and Guatemala. The slow-roast Full City roast provides sweetness, body, and a clean finish. Expect creamy milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and mild acidity that lingers long in the aftertaste.
- Double espresso 16 to 18 grams, 25 to 30 seconds, approximately 30 milliliters per single shot.
- Single espresso 8 to 9 grams, same brew time, clear and full.
- Filter 30 grams per 500 milliliters of water as a starting point.
- Excellent for cappuccinos and lattes, and also suitable for super-automatic machines.
