Argote Mezcla

Argote Mezcla is a regional blend from Nariño, Colombia, composed by the Argote family and six surrounding farmers at 1,900 meters. The beans are medium-roasted by Nordkapp in Utrecht to approximately 205 degrees to preserve their character of chocolate, dried fruit, and a bright citrus finish. Controlled anaerobic fermentation adds extra depth and complexity. This versatile coffee is ideal for espresso and milk drinks, with a recommended brewing ratio between 1:2 and 1:3.
