Consequently, this medium-dark roast is well-suited for lovers of a round body and soft acidity. For filter, the roaster recommends 90 to 93 degrees water and a ratio of 1:15 to 1:18. For espresso, Brazuca suggests 89 to 91 degrees, with a ratio of 1:2 to 1:2.5 and an extraction time of 28 to 33 seconds for 20 grams of coffee.
