Sidamo

Sidamo is located in the south of Ethiopia and offers various microclimates, resulting in a broad palette of flavors ranging from fruity‑berry to lightly floral. The beans are grown at high altitudes, often above 1,500 meters, allowing them to develop a refined acidity and complex aromas. Sidamo coffee is known for its smooth body and pleasant balance between sweetness and brightness.
