Kenya
Kenyan coffee is known for its lively, wine-like acidity and pronounced fruit notes, sometimes with hints of blackcurrant or citrus. The beans grow at elevations up to 2,000 meters and benefit from fertile volcanic soils. Thanks to strict quality controls and meticulous processing (often washed), the terroir remains distinctive. Kenyan coffees are highly regarded among specialty enthusiasts.
